How do I choose the right size?

One size or one size fits most refers to a free size item which usually fits between a 30-34 dress size. The plus size range starts from 36(xl) up to 6xl(44). If you are unsure of the correct size please let us know and we will guide you. You may also visit our Sizing page for guidance on choosing the right size and measurement advice.

 

Washing Care

To get the best out of your lingerie, ideally you should wash it by hand, not in the machine. Machine washing wears the fabrics much quicker, and your lingerie won’t last as long. This is especially noticeable on bras, the elasticity will be affected, and the bra won’t fit as well after a few months. Tumble drying also damages the elastane in stretchy fabrics, and will shorten the life of your lingerie. Lingerie is best left to dry naturally. 

 

Do you have a physical store?

Lingerlicious is purely an online store; we do not have a retail shop.  If you wish to speak to us personally, just let us know and we will contact you.

 

Do you offer discounts on wholesale purchases and can one become a Lingerlicious agent or stockist?

Absolutely, we offer discounts on wholesale orders however minimum amounts would apply for each order. If you would like to become an agent or stockist please send us an email to info@lingerlicious.co.za

 

What is your return Policy?

How much is delivery?

Shipping is free for orders over R600. Shipping is a flat rate of R60 for orders under R600 regardless of weight. Free shipping would not apply for orders where a coupon or discount voucher was used unless the total amount after using the discount voucher equals R600 or more. 

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders will be sent within 24 hours after we receive your order and payment. Your order will then take another 24-72 hours to reach you (depending on delivery type and the location of the receiver).Orders sent by post may take up to 7 working days.You will receive an email with a tracking number notifying you when your order has been dispatched.

 

How is my order sent?

Deliveries to JHB, PTA, Cape Town and Durban and other major cities are sent via fastway couriers to your home address. Please visit www.fastway.co.za to view areas serviced. Deliveries to other areas are sent via registered post to your local post office. We also send orders by Speed Services to your nearest post office however this option costs R25 extra.

 

What payment methods are available? EFT? CC? COD?

With PayFast you can pay via internet banking, credit card, Ukash and even on credit with Mobicred!. Electronic fund transfers (EFT) and direct deposits are also accepted. Full payment must be made before items will be sent. COD’s are not accepted as deliveries are made via the post office or with a courier company.

 

What is Mobicred?

 

Mobicred is a simple and convenient credit facility that allows customers to safely shop online at all participating retailers. It grants approved users access to an online revolving credit facility to purchase items online; the user pays 10% of the outstanding balance each month and gains access to any monies paid back into the account for purchases again

 

 

How can I get Mobicred?

 

It take seconds and is approved online! Simply go to their website www.mobicred.co.za and follow the application prompts.

 

Do I need an account to purchase from your website?

 

If you wish to purchase straight off the website you are required to register as a member with Lingerlicious Lingerie. This also helps with future purchases. However, if you do not wish to register and open an account you can simply e-mail us your order details to info@lingerlicious.co.za and we will process the order manually.

 

How do I place an order?

You can either register and create an account on the website and order online or you can e-mail info@lingerlicious.co.za with your order and we will then need certain details to process the order.

 

What is the reward point program?

To thank you all for your support and to offer future incentives to you we wanted to give something back, this is why we have launched this great Reward Point Program.

Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at Lingerlicious you will earn Reward Points for the money you spend.
Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at Lingerlicious.

 

How does the program work?

When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. Once an order has been paid for and delivered the points will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points ready for you to spend on whatever you want.
You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.
During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your order with your points balance.Please email us on info@lingerlicious.co.za if there are any points that have not been released

 

Will I earn point for shipping fees?

No. When calculating the amount of points earned, the shipping fees are excluded.

 

How much is 1 point worth?

One Point is worth 1 Rand.
Currently, for every R10.00 spent at Lingerlicious you'll earn 1 point
For example:
          Product Cost:  R100.00
          Value of Points Earned:  R10
